Sentry Cyber Solutions is a Cyber Security and IT company that wants to bridge the huge growing gap in the market. They are driven by a purpose to impact the lives of people who don't know the value of their data assets. They are currently in the process of building a new brand for an innovative digital company that protects your data and digital assets. But what their customers really buy is convenient, easy digital protection and peace of mind. The name Sentry Cyber Solutions comes from the idea of a soldier stationed to keep guard or control access to a place.
Sentry Cyber Solutions targets Business Owners and Managers in Small Businesses in the Public Sector, typically both men and women in their 25s-40s, who are generally from the Middle to Upper-income class. The brand should create the impression of being sophisticated, reliable, and customer-centric. They want to evoke a sense of safety, comfort, reliability, and excitement in their target audience.
Sentry Cyber Solutions wants a new logo for a new brand. Their logo will be showcased on their Website, Social Media, Posters, Signage, Branding Stationery, Golf Shirts, Vehicles, Contracts, and Company Profile. They have requested that the logo incorporate light (techy) blue, white, and black. It can use imagery that adds an encrypted feel. The logo shouldn't make use of red, orange, or yellow.
This combination logo features a unique, tech-inspired symbol resembling a digital spearhead and a modern, geometric wordmark with "SENTRY" in bold techy blue and "CYBER SOLUTIONS" in a muted grey below. The sharp ends of the letters add a more aggressive look.
The logo functions perfectly well in a vertical or stacked layout. This means that the logo will work well on vertical applications like smartphones, tablets and roll-up banners.
The logo is designed to be functional in a horizontal layout. This allows you to use the logo on horizontal applications like building signage, websites and stationery.
Electric Slate is a high-contrast, digital-first palette that perfectly bridges the gap between corporate structure and creative rebellion. Built on a foundation of deep, architectural slates and ocean blues, the palette is shocked to life by a surge of electric cyan and high-voltage magenta.
Caribbean Blue is a refreshing, uplifting hue that evokes feelings of clarity, creativity, and open communication. Often associated with tropical waters, it brings to mind freedom, optimism, and emotional balance. Its energizing yet calm tone makes it a popular choice in designs that want to inspire trust while still feeling modern and approachable.
Midnight Navy projects strength, reliability, and authority. As a deep, cool blue, it carries the gravitas of black but with a calmer, more stable presence. It’s often used to suggest professionalism, loyalty, and structure. It is ideal for brands or environments that want to feel both grounded and intelligent without being cold.
Vibrant Orchid is bold, imaginative, and full of personality. It blends the passionate energy of red with the calming depth of blue, symbolizing creativity, luxury, and emotional richness. This colour often appeals to those who value individuality and aren’t afraid to stand out. It can also hint at sensuality and introspection depending on how it's used.
Misty White is soft, clean, and calming. It conveys a sense of purity, simplicity, and understated sophistication. With its slightly cool undertone, it creates an airy, tranquil atmosphere, ideal for evoking clarity, peace, and space without feeling stark or clinical.
Deep Ocean is introspective and powerful, rooted in the mystery and depth of the sea. It evokes seriousness, wisdom, and resilience. The darker tone suggests formality and introspection, often used in designs that want to communicate depth of thought, integrity, or a meditative calm.
Slate Grey is neutral and composed, offering a sense of quiet confidence and practicality. It sits between warm and cool greys, making it versatile and easy on the eyes, ideal for long-form reading. Psychologically, it suggests balance, maturity, and professionalism without drawing attention to itself. It doesn’t compete with bolder colours but supports them, grounding a design with understated stability. In this palette, it acts like the calm narrator in a vivid story, present, dependable, and clear.
The primary colour version of the logo functions perfectly in a vertical layout, designed for maximum brand impact on light and dark digital surfaces.
For wider applications like navigation bars, signage, and stationery, the horizontal colour variations ensure the brand remains legible and professional.
This typography system relies on a single-family (monochromatic) pairing to achieve ultimate stylistic harmony.
