- Webhook & N8N: Your data is sent via a secure Webhook to N8N (our automation tool), which processes the info.
- Delivery: The data is then sent to our Google Workspace (Gmail) and automatically logged in Plutio, our CRM system.

We use your data to provide our services and grow our relationship with you:
- Communication: Contacting you via phone or email regarding your inquiry.
- Project Management: Sending proposals, invoices, project updates, and asset-sharing links.
- Meetings: Sending appointment links (e.g., for strategy sessions).
- Marketing: Sending occasional newsletters, presentation links, or marketing emails. You can opt out of marketing at any time via the "Unsubscribe" link in the email.
- Reviews: Requesting feedback or reviews once a project is complete.
- Analytics: We use Looker Studio to analyze financial trends and client demographics to improve our business operations.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share data with trusted tools necessary to run our business:
- Plutio: Our CRM for project and client management.
- Google Workspace: For email communication and data storage.
- N8N: For workflow automation.
- Looker Studio: For internal business statistics.

Fletch Design is based in South Africa. However, because we use global cloud providers (like Google and Plutio) and serve international clients, your data may be transferred to and stored on servers located in the USA, EU, or other jurisdictions. We ensure these providers maintain high security standards and comply with international privacy frameworks.
7. Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as you remain a client, or as long as necessary to comply with legal, tax, or accounting requirements (usually 5–7 years for financial records).
